We’ll cover recommendations for what executive leadership of social change groups need to do to lead their teams effectively in waging effective struggles and building power: organizational structure decisions to reduce silos and build synergy between communications, digital, and organizing; managing tech stack (tool combinations) updates and changes; recommendations on tools, work and communication practices to build team accountability, including for teams that are hybrid or completely remote, and how to staff and manage associated change processes; and hiring, development, compensation and evaluation practices for campaign and other staff. This series covers key storytelling elements, from crafting a strong audience narrative to collaborating with storytellers to create impactful digital content.
