SMT was founded to expand access to online/offline organizing support for all, regardless of resources. With no foundation grants for operating support, training and coaching fees support the work SMT has done to train 10,000+ staff and leaders of movement organizations, with many joining free sessions.
Subscription package cost varies based on the staffing cost of the SMT team members required. This is determined by where the group is based, the complexity/size of the group’s work, and special expertise needed. If package costs are out of reach, we’re glad to talk with you about reaching out to your funders for support. I took the workers organizing in the digital age training. We really need this kind of training in Finland, which people in the US have had access to for some years. The training was effective to start organizing for instance on Twitter.SMT helped us create a social media presence to expand our cannabis worker organizing campaign.
