For the past 10 years, Victoire has led campaigns, organized actions and demonstrations, and trained numerous local groups in the fields of social and climate justice. She has organized decentralized actions throughout Europe and lobbied at the European Parliament for a ban on deep sea fishing, which was later won. She co-organized a day of mobilization for the climate that led 150,000 people in the streets throughout France and she supported the spawning of several local groups with 350.org. Victoire started with trainings on creative civil disobedience actions around the vibrant grassroots organizing moment of COP21 in Paris, and then expanded her work to group dynamics and anti-oppression work. With SMT, she develops online trainings to support activists and organizations with people-powered strategy and the combination of online and offline actions. She now lives in Sweden.
